•  For new clients you will be sent a pre consultation form once booking has been made.

• Payment is made via a secure payment link and there is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours.

• Prices include your homeopathic remedies (except acute appointments) and postage. For those outside of the UK there will be an added charge for IBT.
